“Being relentless is not about pushing harder forever. It is about learning how to stay steady when everything around you feels chaotic.”
Curtis Rivers shares how self-worth, presence, and inner alignment helped him move from a high-adrenaline stunt career into a more grounded way of living and leading. This episode explores how to stay focused under pressure, release reactive patterns, and build a life that feels calm, clear, and intentional.
Curtis Rivers has lived in environments where focus was not optional. As a Hollywood stuntman, world record holder, and entrepreneur, he spent years operating in high-stakes moments where hesitation could have real consequences. That background gave him discipline, but it also created a pattern of constant tension that eventually needed to be reworked.
This conversation explores what happens when a person who has spent years surviving pressure begins to ask a different question: what does it take to stay calm inside chaos? Curtis explains that the shift is not just about productivity or mindset tricks. It is about identity, nervous system regulation, and learning how to respond instead of react.
A major theme in the episode is self-worth in business and in life. Curtis shares how old beliefs about proving himself, staying tough, and pushing through at all costs once shaped his choices. Over time, he realized that real strength is not found in constant force. It comes from clarity, steadiness, and the ability to stay centered when the world around you becomes noisy.
Another important thread is the difference between stubbornness and tenacity. One keeps people locked in old habits. The other helps them move forward with purpose while still staying open, adaptable, and aligned. For Curtis, that distinction became a turning point in how he approached work, relationships, and personal growth.
The conversation also looks at practical tools for focus. Curtis discusses breathing techniques, mindfulness, and emotional reset practices that help leaders and founders remain present under stress. These are not abstract ideas. They are repeatable tools that support better decisions, healthier communication, and more sustainable performance.
The episode closes with a reminder that calm is not passivity. Calm is a form of readiness. When you are less ruled by fear, approval, and reactive emotion, you create more space for wisdom, creativity, and meaningful progress.

Curtis Rivers proves it’s never too late to discover your true calling. Raised in low-income housing in England, he was a quiet, bookish child who turned competitive to fit in. At 11, he boldly declared he’d be a stuntman—an ambition met with laughter. Yet a decade later, he was working in Hollywood.
Curtis built a remarkable career as a stuntman, breaking fear barriers, earning two Guinness World Records, and appearing in over 200 productions, including the Marvel series. But after decades of success, he realized the daring path he’d chosen as a boy no longer matched the spiritual, harmonious man he’d become. In 2012, he left Hollywood to realign his life, beginning the transformation from Stuntman to Soul Guide.
Today, Curtis is a coach, speaker, and award-winning author. He helps heart-centered leaders and business owners who’ve lost clarity rediscover their identity, purpose, and freedom. A certified NLP and EFT Practitioner, Holistic Life Coach, and trained Soul Transformational Therapist, he guides clients through the same steps that reshaped his own journey.
His books include Seven Paths to Freedom and The Fearless Path (winner of the 2018 Body, Mind, Spirit Awards and International Publisher Awards). His life shows that no matter your past or present, your soul is the compass leading you to destiny.
